Dov Bechhofer suggested that in comparison with conventional 2D interface technology studies have shown that in a virtual reality environment, users are able to complete their task of correcting segmentation errors within MRI scans in a shorter time and with higher rates of accuracy.  When using the traditional 2D interface, most individuals were around one minute slower than when using the prototype 3D system. The new technology of Virtual Reality has got a tendency to complete the task at an average of 68 seconds for doing MRI Scan. Dov Bechhofer further says that he is looking forward to seeing that the use of virtual reality is going to be utilized more widely in all manner of clinical settings in coming years.
